Pivoting to buyers by geography, the vast majority of buyers were based in the US as well, representing 547% of the total, followed by United Kingdom Canada at 97%. Additionally, acquirers were based in Canada, France, the United Kingdo m, Australia, GermanyIndia, India, Sweden and elsewhere. Dealmaking remained highly international with 396% of transactions being cross-border.

Marketing and Ad Tech Sellers by Geography

50% of target companies were US-based, followed by the United Kingdom at 110%. Most of the remaining sellers were located in Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Germany,  and India and Japan..
